We are sorry you won't be able to make it. If you are canceling the week (meaning 7 days or less)of your arrival you will not be refunded your deposit. You will lose it.

If you are cancelling a month or more before your arrival date will are willing to let you use your deposit, minus $25 cancellation fee, for any rebooked date up to one calendaer year.

 

If you do not not call to rebook with in a year your deposit is no longer good as a credit and we keep it.

Rally Dates are non-refundable and 100% of your stay is due by June 1st of that calendar year. The first 50 % is due on January 1 of that year. Rally Dates change yearly and the weekend before and after are still included in "Rally Dates" so make sure you are aware of that at the time of booking. It usuall falls in the last week of July and the first 2 weeks of August.
